Q) What condition are your products in?

A) All of our products are NEW they have never been used on even switched on! Our main purpose is to give our customers the best quality products and at a reasonable and good price. There may be MINOR dents or scratches on SOME items but they are easily ignorable. Some of our products come in BOXED or UNBOXED but still BRAND NEW either way and we give them out at a sustainable price of which our customers can afford and enjoy their item of their choice. Comparing our prices to the high street market our prices are unbeatable! Unlike others, we buy in bulk therefore we can pass these savings on to you! Every item has a guarantee, some have manufacturer warranty and some of our own.

Q) Do you do delivery?

A) ALL our items are collection only but to suit our customers satisfaction, if you contact us we can give you a number to our courier service who will be able to give you a quote. If you have a courier to collect on behalf of you, that would be great They will also need to sign for the item being collected in working condition. We cannot be held responsible for any damage/losses caused in transit by any courier service.

Q) If I want to see the item before I buy it, can I do this?

A) Of course! The item is in our store - you can come and see it and take it away with you on the day! We recommend our customers to come and see the item from our store. In this way you can see the item from your own perspective and buy the item with satisfaction! We have an average of 800- 1000 items just on the floor! You can choose from different ranges of makes, sizes and models! We love it when our customers can go home with our products happy and satisfied with their purchase. We accept payments by all major card or cash.

If you cannot come to see the item but still wish you could see the product nicely. Please give us a call, we will give you our mobile number, you send us your desired item make and model and your email. From there we can send you multiple pictures of the product just for you via email or if you wish via Whatsapp.

Q) What if I change my mind?

A) If you take the item home but change your mind within 7 days, you can return it to us for a full-refund - as long as the item is in unused condition.
